1. Who we are

AuraStack is run by Bakchich SAS (RCS Marseille 942 552 274), Marseille Innovation, Pôle Média, 37 rue Guibal, 13003 Marseille, France ("AuraStack", "we"). These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By paying for an order, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. Full company details are on the Legal notice.

2. What we sell

AuraStack is an independent reseller of software licenses, subscriptions, redeem codes and API credits.

• Each product page states what you receive: plan length, format, which account it works on, and any known limit.
• Orders are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, by email and on your order page.
• Your use of a product is governed by its publisher's own terms (EULA).

3. Guarantees, withdrawal and refunds

Every order is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. Because delivery starts as soon as you pay, at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Priority support (+$1.99 per order, optional) gives faster replies and setup help. It is in addition to, and does not change, your legal guarantees.

4. Payment

Prices are in euros; amounts shown in US dollars are for information only. You can pay with PayPal (including Visa and Mastercard through PayPal), with crypto through NOWPayments, from your AuraStack wallet balance, or, from Tunisia, in Tunisian dinars through Dhmad. PayPal payments may be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection under PayPal's own terms.

VAT depends on where you are and who you buy for: consumers in the European Union pay French VAT (20%), based on where they connect from, or on their billing country when they connect from outside the EU; French companies pay French VAT; companies elsewhere in the EU whose VAT number the EU register (VIES) confirms pay no VAT (reverse charge); buyers outside the EU pay no VAT (companies give their tax ID; from a connection in the EU, French VAT applies). Prices shown to visitors in the EU include their VAT. Payments in Tunisian dinars include Tunisian VAT (19%). Wallet top-ups carry no VAT: it is charged when the balance pays for a product.

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute: most problems are fixed faster in the support chat. If a payment is reversed, we may deactivate what was delivered for that order.

5. Wallet balance

Unused wallet balances for the Developer API are refundable within 30 days of the top-up transaction, subject to a 5% processing fee.

6. Trademarks

AuraStack is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the publishers of the products it resells. Product names and logos belong to their owners and identify the products we resell.

7. Affiliate program and payouts

By participating in the AuraStack Affiliate Partner Program, you agree to operate as an independent B2B contractor. You are solely responsible for declaring your income to your local tax authorities (e.g., DAS2 in France).

• Commission: Up to 20% of the amount the buyer pays for each referred order, after any discount. The exact amount for each sale is shown in your partner dashboard.
• Net-30 Clearing Period: All earned commissions are subject to a mandatory 30-day holding period to clear the payment processor chargeback window.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts are made by PayPal, bank transfer or another method agreed with you, once your cleared balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.
• Fraud Clawbacks: Any referred order that results in a chargeback, payment dispute, or is flagged for fraud will instantly void the associated pending commission. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
