1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of digital software licenses, application programming interface (API) tokens, and cloud subscriptions distributed by AuraStack Software Depot ("AuraStack", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an order or completing checkout on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Digital Goods & License Scope

AuraStack operates as an independent distributor of digital software credentials, enterprise seats, and API access vouchers. Upon completion of payment authorization via PayPal or approved gateways:

• Digital goods are provisioned automatically via programmatic delivery within 3 seconds.
• Credentials are delivered directly to the customer email address provided at checkout and logged securely in our persistent Order Lookup system.
• Purchases grant non-exclusive, non-transferable access according to the original software publisher's end-user license agreement (EULA).

3. Buyer Protection & Warranty Coverage

All purchases on AuraStack are covered by our standard 24-hour verification window:

• Standard Orders: Non-working or unredeemed activation credentials reported within 24 hours of delivery are eligible for immediate replacement upon supplier verification.
• AuraStack Shield™ Premium Support: Customers who elect the optional Premium Support addon (+ $1.99) receive 1-hour priority ticket responses, remote setup assistance, and proactive data migration support. (Note: Statutory functional replacement guarantee applies for free to all purchases).

4. Payment Processing & Buyer Recourse

Transactions are processed under 256-bit SSL encryption via PayPal Merchant Services. Customers benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection in addition to AuraStack's direct customer support guarantees. Fraudulent chargebacks without prior support consultation will result in immediate revocation of associated credentials and blacklisting from our distributor network.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AuraStack is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor (Anysphere), JetBrains, Microsoft, or any third-party software publisher. All brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Affiliate Partner Program & Payout Terms

By participating in the AuraStack Affiliate Partner Program, you agree to operate as an independent B2B contractor. You are solely responsible for declaring your income to your local tax authorities (e.g., DAS2 in France).

• Net-30 Clearing Period: All earned commissions are subject to a mandatory 30-day holding period to clear the payment processor chargeback window.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts are only disbursed via PayPal once your cleared balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.
• Fraud Clawbacks: Any referred order that results in a chargeback, payment dispute, or is flagged for fraud will instantly void the associated pending commission. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
